Setting goal is something easy to do, but keeping them in your mind will be another story. A lot of people know how to set their goals and they know what they want to accomplish in their lives, however, they are not keeping these goals in their mind.

In other words, we have to consistently reviewing your goals from time to time. If possible, review our goals once in the morning after we wake up and once at night time before we go to bed. What we need to do is just to read our goals, affirm them and if possible, visualize about them.

We must link our goals into our subconscious so that we will take action automatically to achieve them.

This is why reviewing our goal consistently is so important. When we review and think about our goals consistently, we are actually making it a habit to think about it. And in the same time, linking what we want to accomplish in our life into our subconscious mind.
Goal setting is one of the most powerful techniques that we can use to help we accomplish what we really want in your life.

The problem is that most people still fail to create the life they want even with the help of goal setting. Why?
The answer might be we don’t know how goal setting really works. We see, by simply writing down what we want to have in your life on a piece of paper is not the magic step that will help us making it come true.

The main problem most people face with goal setting is that we cannot stay focused with our goals all the time.

In fact, one of the reasons goal setting works wonderfully is because it helps people to stay focused in their daily lives. Setting a goal will lead us and direct us toward the place we want to end up.

As for those who don’t have any goal, they will never bother about it. This is what separates successful people and super achiever from ordinary people.

So the key to successful goal setting is to stay focused in our goals until we conditioned them into our subconscious mind so that we’ll think about our goals automatically without having to remind ourselves about it.

Fantasize - Dream your wildest dreams and make sure that your goals match your values. Ask yourself: what do you want to be doing in 1 year? 5 years? What kind of person do I want to be?
Reality - Fantasies can become reality, depending on how hard you are willing to work for them.
Aim - Define your goal(s) by striking a balance between Fantasy and Reality; set a high but realistic goal.
Method – Be truthful to yourself by narrowing your choices or goals to the ones you really intend to accomplish. Don’t be afraid to ask for help.
Evaluation - Process the results, but don’t make it the last step; evaluation should be on going.

 The Goal should be SPECIFIC enough so that we know exactly for what we are striving.
A goal must be MEASURABLE. It should have concrete facts. We should be able to answer very specifically, when and how we will know we attained our goal
ACTION-ORIENTED, declaring positive activity that will produce results.
 A goal must be REALISTIC. Challenging ourselves is an important part of goal setting. We want to aim high; however, we also need to be realistic.
TANGIBLE meaning concrete and not vague.
