TWO BEAUTIFUL STORIES ON ATTITUDE
TWO BEAUTIFUL STORIES ON ATTITUDE

A HEART TOCHING STORY
One old man was sitting with his 25 year old son in the train.
Train is about to leave the station.
All passengers are settling down their seat.
As train started young man was filled with lot of joy and curiosity.
He was sitting on the window side.
He went out one hand and feeling the passing air. He shouted, "Papa see all trees are going behind".
Old man smile and admired son feelings.
Beside the young man one couple was sitting and listing all the conversion between father and son.
They were little awkward with the attitude of 25 years old man behaving like a small child.
Suddenly young man again shouted, "Papa see the pond and animals. Clouds are moving with train".
Couple was watching the young man in embarrassingly.
Now its start raining and some of water drops touches the young man's hand.
He filled with joy and he closed the eyes.
He shouted again," Papa it's raining, water is touching me, see papa".
Couple couldn't help themselves and ask the old man.
"Why don't you visit the Doctor and get treatment for your son."
Old man said, “Yes, We are coming from the hospital as Today my son got his eye sight for first time in his life".
Moral: "Don’t draw conclusions until you know all the facts
This wonderful, meaningful and touching message needs all round circulation!!
There was a blind girl who hated herself because she was blind. She hated
everyone, except her loving friend. He was always there for her. She told
her friend, 'If I could only see the world, I will marry you.'
One day, someone donated a pair of eyes to her. When the bandages came off,
she was able to see everything, including her friend.
He asked her,’ Now that you can see the world, will you marry me?' The girl
looked at her friend and saw that he was blind. The sight of his closed
eyelids shocked her. She hadn't expected that. The thought of looking at
them the rest of her life led her to refuse to marry him.
Her friend left in tears and days later wrote a note to her saying: 'Take
good care of your eyes, my dear; for before they were yours, they were
mine.'
This is how the human brain often works when our status changes. Only a very
few remember what life was like before, and who was always by their side in
the most painful situations.

HOW TO NEVER LOOSE AN ARGUMENT
How to Never Lose an Argument
Resolving Conflicts before Them Start

.
In a discussion everyone wins. But winning is not important.
We treat other people as partners in a problem-solving session. We throw out ideas, consider alternatives, and evaluate the pros and cons. We listen to other people's thoughts and explore ideas we haven't previously considered.
We learn more about an issue, about what we think and feel, and about each other and each other's values. We seek people's support, not their resentful silence. We may passionately disagree with each other, but mutual respect keeps the dialogue civil.
In an argument no one wins.
We treat other people as opponents to be defeated. We draw up sides, defend our own positions, and attack the opposition. If we listen at all, we do so only to find the weaknesses in the other person's reasoning.
We aren't open to new ideas or to the possibility of changing our opinions. We want to prove the superiority of our side (and the inferiority of the other side). Even when we "win" an argument, we usually do so by losing a potential ally.
Here are some tips to keep discussions from turning into arguments.
1. Don't argue.
Refuse to get drawn into an argument. Be civil. Respect the other person as much as your honor your own values. Be assertive without resorting to aggression.
2. Seek areas of agreement.
Often, we agree with people in principle, but disagree with them in practice. (We want the same thing — safer schools for our children, for example — but we have different ideas of how to accomplish it.) Find those areas of agreement. Make them explicit. Try always to make the other person a fellow problem-solver, neither an opponent nor a friend.
3. Focus on interests, not positions.
An issue is what we want or need — safer schools for example. A position is a way of achieving it. Avoid getting so attached to your positions that you lose sight of your interests. It's often easier to negotiate and compromise around interests than around positions.
4. Try to see things from the other person's point-of-view.
There's a reason why other people act and think the way they do — however illogical, wrong-headed, or misguided as it may seem to you. If you condemn them or show contempt for their reasoning, they will only harden in their resolve. They will resent and resist you. Seek, instead, to ferret out their hidden reasons, and you will find the key to their motivation.
5. Ask clarifying questions.
Ask open-ended questions. Closed questions — like "Do you agree with my proposal?" — limit people's ability to express themselves. Open-ended questions — like "What do you think about my proposal?" — give them greater freedom and give you more information.
6. Listen.
Spend more time listening than speaking. (You can't get yourself into trouble by listening, but you can start a brawl by speaking.) Listen with your body, your eyes, and your mind as well as with your ears. Try to understand what people mean, without getting caught up in the exact words they say. Make them feel understood, and they'll be much more likely to try to understand you.
7. If you're wrong, admit it.
There's nothing wrong with changing your opinion, once you've gained new information or perspective. As a matter of fact, it's the sign of wisdom and maturity. Remember that you've been wrong in the past even when you thought you were right, and admit that you might be wrong this time.
8. If you're right, allow the other person to save face.
You're trying to win people's cooperation, not to prove them wrong. Your kindness will do more to gain their goodwill than anything else. You can win their favor

SELF BELIEF
Self Belief
Dr.KESIRAJU Ramprasad
kesirajuramprasad@gmail.com
The sub conscious control all the vital functions of the body. It doesn’t sleep and never take rest. It is always on its job. It has a hidden and unknown source of divine power which helps us to realize our thoughts and dreams. The law of action and reaction is universal. Our thoughts and actions and the realization of thoughts are reactions realized with the help of Subconscious mind. If any dream is unfulfilled it is because of our doubts and blocks. So remove the blocks and think positively.
We have to imagine always happy ending or solution to our problems and enjoy the excitement and thrill of accomplishment.
What we imagine and think will be accepted by the Subconscious. Faith is like a seed planted in a ground. It grows when conditions favor’s it. Just like a plant of thought in your brain, water it and fertilize it and nurture it as a plant. It will grow according to your wish. We have to believe the reality of your idea, though it sounds odd to you, but it manifests.
If we believe all problems originates in the brain. Certain fears, anxieties, pains, sufferings etc., appear in the mind according to the mental programming which we have already in the brain. So we have to try to fill our thoughts in the Subconscious to seek a solution for a problem prior to sleep it will answer you. If we remember the stories of Aristotle to Alexander Fleming, they discovered the answers from their Subconscious.
Everything is the convictions of Subconscious. We have to convince our Subconscious for anything we want to achieve. We have to repeat the area where we want to achieve success before sleep. We have to keep it in our thoughts always. Our conscious and subconscious mind must accept our convictions. They accept our strong and dominant convictions. We should not give scope for negative thoughts at any point of time. The negative thoughts magnify our woes.
We have to leave our hatred, envy and jealous on others. These types of thoughts corrupt our Souls if we think deeply and intensely.
Success has more definitions. We have to choose our field where we want to achieve Success. Success means happy and joy living. Every one has to discover his or her passion to achieve success. We have to find out our internal call.
If we unable to find out true passion, take the help of others as guidance. This will help us to find our true way. One has to achieve maximum strengths, skills and knowledge in their desired field. We have to know the precious content and art of presentation in our passion area. We have to master the subject with object clarity. This Ignites the Subconscious and shows the light to our path way. If we do our work with devotion and precise attention with absolute focus, the subconscious also reacts in the same way. Some times we can’t find the solutions overnight. We have to repeat it to our Sub consciousness several times. We have to repeat it to several times without tiring. We should have faith with perseverance and trust it without any test. If we do our efforts sincerely the best will come to us.
If we are thinking good of others really means that we are thinking about ourselves. What we do to others means that we are doing help to ourselves. We can disagree with anybody but we don’t disagreeable

BEHAVIOUR IDENTIFIVATION THEORY
BEHAVIOR IDENTIFICATION THEORY
Dr.KESIRAJU RAMPRASAD
How to identify a person or categorize a person is a billion dollar question since ages. Though we have explored oceans, conquered skies, probed into secrete of the earth, we are unable to read or identify a person’s characteristics. We are not able to understand the behavior of a person who responds typically in different situations.
There are certain scales or batteries to identify a person’s character and behavior. My 25 years of varied experience in dealing with people and interactions with the intellectuals from different walks of life has helped me to evolve this group and individual behavior theory.
This theory helps people in all spheres of activity both at managerial and administrative levels irrespective of cultural, religious and caste barriers to identify the people and their characteristics so that they can categorize them without any difficulty. It is a multipurpose tool which can be used to recognize the strong points in the characteristics of others so that their potentials can be maximized.
This theory has been experimented and it helps to identify the causes for the mood disasters and other disorders. An individual’s response in a situation depends on various factors such as brought up in a family, environment, attitudes, value system and intuition, internal and external motivations. Sometimes one may compromise to a given situation in order to achieve a long term goal.
Certain values or returns determine the character of a person. The returns may be in the form of money, goods or love and affection, appreciation, support, name and fame, respect etc. Once a value system is established for himself/herself by an individual because of his/her experiences and various stimuli received through internal and external factors through cognition, he or she can not change the system easily.
One’s achievement and success will not give the same kind of inspiration to others on equal proportions. It varies. For example promotion in the job to one person gives him immense satisfaction but the same may affect the performance of another person. Why certain people are indifferent or irrational in a given situation; why certain people are selfish and some other people are selfless; why some people want power and some others refuse power; why some people are distractive and some others are calm and quiet are probing questions to investigate.
This theory helps to identify the people into 9 categories by the use of NEW THEORY. With the help of this theory we can effectively use and influence different people and entrust different jobs to them in order to get the maximum returns. We can handle the people effectively without coercive and dominant ways. Allotting a job for a select group of people is a challenge for many managers and leaders. If we know the art, we can handle effectively using their quality traits with the help of this theory. For the sake of identification 9 different colors are allotted to different kinds of people. The allotment also makes it easy to recall and the retention.
The theory also focuses on why some people suddenly undergo the mood changes and disturbance. In such moments they outrage. Then in the next moment they are relaxed and behave fairly positively. Another interesting thing about such people is that they hardly remember the ugly storm created by them a few moments before.
This theory tells us that there are certain times when an individual is forced to behave in different ways that are not same with their Natural Behavior. This theory helps us what type of benefits we should give to affirm an individual personal value and self esteem. For example a big promotion, big office and power would satisfy more the self esteem of Red than a Green. This theory helps us to see which of the nine recognized factors they use when matters are moving smoothly and what things they use when they faced a conflict. This tool helps to prioritize things when we face a moment that we cannot resolve peacefully.
The boss or leader can follow the quality attributes to make a group with one red, a few blues and greens and keep a yellow and black inside. In this group the red will lead the group, blues will make the things done and the greens will plan precisely and make use of the blacks’ power and involves the yellows into the team goals and objectives.
If the boss innocently keeps all the reds into one group, that group can’t achieve organization objectives. There is a saying that a lion leading the donkeys is stronger than a donkey leading the lions. Why because the lion is red and the donkey is blue. A blue can’t lead a team. If a mother is blue in a house and son and daughter are red the mother faces the problem. If the husband is red and wife is blue, the blue faces the hardships. If the people in the street listen to the quarrels of these two, it could be judged that both wife and husband are reds, so they are fighting for the authority in the house.
Most of the people behave and react contradictory when they are in peaceful situation to troubled situation. This helps to understand their motivational style clearly. In stress situations our behavioral styles and motivation differ. There are different stages in these reactions. In the first stage his/her focus is on himself and the people, in the second stage his/her focus is on himself/herself and the issue, in the third stage his/her focus is on himself/herself and his/her survival. Most of the people are Green in the first stage, Red in the second stage and Blue in the third stage. The Red and Black response will be more violent when the reaches the next stages. The Red response is verbal in the first stage where as blacks response is violent in troubled situations.
This theory helps to deal all other colors of people effectively and efficiently.
A Person’s observable behavior is an indication of his characters. This behavior can be strong or weak, good or bad. A person with strong character shows drive, energy, determination, self discipline, willpower and nerve. They are attracted by followers. Who vacillates and inconsistent will not get followers. The awareness of this theory gives us the means to maximize our capacity to act intelligently or turbo use to maximize our abilities. We will be able to understand others at a greater level and realize great potential for relationship at work and home and the peer circle.
This theory helps the individual ability to make more effective use of his learning abilities. The person will be more efficient in dealing with people, using more easy ways of communication with others. He gets a better understanding of himself and people around him. He applies his persuasion ability in a greater way.
1. It helps to improve co-operation and reduce conflicts.
2. It helps in understanding others and influences others.
3. It helps to understand the climate of the working place.
4. It prevents conflicts.
5. It helps to maintain interpersonal relations within the group.

SELF BELIEF
SELF BELIEF
Dr.KESIRAJU Ramprasad
kesirajuramprasad@gmail.com
We have abundant riches within our vicinity. To acquire them all we have to do is open our internal strength and behold the treasure house of abundance within us. The subconscious is the store house with in us from which we can extract every thing we need to live life gloriously. Many people are unaware of their internal strength. They themselves close their internal strength. The Subconscious is the store house of knowledge and wealth, whatever we want, we can draw it forth. There are two types of people. One is full of confidence and faith in them and is born to succeed and to win. The second category is full of fears and doubts who can materialize their dreams and live an ordinary life.
Our mind is like a garden. We are gardeners. What ever the seeds of thoughts we plant in our subconscious mind all day along even though we unaware of doing so because they are habitual thinking. What we sow in our subconscious so we reap. If we sow happiness, knowledge, success and prosperity with right attitude we reap glorious harvest. If we begin to control our thought process, we can apply the power of our subconscious to any problem or difficulty. It shows suitable solutions to all the problems. One should know the art of using conscious and subconscious mind. If we want to change the external conditions, we must change the “Cause “first. Most of the people try to change the external conditions without changing the “Cause”. The cause is the reasons for the flow of conditions and their outcomes. The ‘Cause is the reason for confusion, discord and lack of understanding of the issue. The cause is the way we use our consciousness it in turn control our thoughts and mind and other images. Change the Cause, and in turn it changes the Effect.
We must understand the basic working of subconscious. We must know the principle of working of it. The subconscious is principle. It works according to the Law of Belief. The law of our mind is the law of our internal thought process and belief. Remember that the belief in our own mind that brings the result. We should not have false beliefs, opinions, and hypothecations. They will not allow the brain to work smoothly. So have positive attitudes. A positive thought leads to positive actions. Every thought is a cause and every cause is an effect. So we have to take care of our thoughts. Always sow positive thoughts, accept them with your conscious reasoning mind, and keep thinking of it, you get desired results.
The conscious mind is just like General of an army. All the army carries out the orders of the general without questioning. Just like that subconscious carries the orders. It doesn’t reason the validity of the orders. It simply obeys
If we know how to use the Life success laws we can achieve great name and fame. The Scientists and artists like singers, writers, sculptors, actors, directors, etc, have known this art batter than others. They dream their career with challenge and achieve goals subsequently.
Our subconscious has answer to our problems. If we tell our problems to our subconscious it gives answers. If we tell to our subconscious to wake up us at 5 am in the morning before going to sleep. It answers to you at that time. It is a clear example that we all experienced in our real life experiences so many times. It is one example. We have numerous examples like that. Believe the power of subconscious.
We should never use such expressions such as “I can’t, I can’t read, I can’t write, I can’t remember, I can’t buy, I can’t reach that position etc. Our Subconscious takes it and acts accordingly. It will instruct conscious mind accordingly to ones wishes and desires. Certain times these negative suggestions register more in the subconscious. It is difficult to erase them. If we decide strongly to erase those negative suggestions we can erase them with little effort. THE PRINCIPLE OF LIFE IS TO BELIEVE SUBCONSCIOUS. We have to belie ourselves. Self belief is the best belief. Who believes strongly will win ultimately. Let change our thought which in turn changes our Destiny.
The Law of Life has Echo concept. If we think of good, good will echoed. If we think of Bad, the same will be echoed. WE ARE WHAT WE ARE THINKING. Always be positive because the subconscious does not have reasoning power. So we should be always positive in our thoughts.
If we are positive, positive people will flock around you. If we are negative, negative people will surround you. If we are friendly, those kinds of people prevail. So we have the power to select .So always select the joy of Abundance.
Sometimes or most of the time some one passes negative statements on us. We need not bother about such statements. Those statements have no power to hurt us. No one can make us inferior unless we accept those statements. The only power it has is that it can stimulate our thoughts and actions negatively. If we practice we can choose or reject those negative thoughts that hurt our feelings. We have the power to select who we want to react. Don’t give chance to others to dominate you or overcome you. Don’t think from the angle of fear and ignorance. Think the principles of Life.
We have the habit to say so many times that “I CAN”T “. We have to overcome it by substituting “I CAN DO’’. What ever the conscious mind believes to be real the same our subconscious accepts and brings to reality. So always believe positive.

UGADI PURASKARAM TO Dr.KESIRAJU RAMPRASAD-IMPORTANCE OF UGADI
Every year SRI VIZNA VADIKA BHIMAVARAM CELEBRATES UGADI IN A GRAND WAY. This year on 4-4-2011 they organized the ugadi in Bhimameswara swamy temple in Bhimavaram as usually in a grand way.The organized the event so traditionally.
They honour outstanding people with UGADI PURASKARAM with life time achievement award. I received it this year along with Dr.K.S.P.N.VARMA.
Importance of Ugadi
All Hindu festivals have their own significance and importance. Hindu culture has a rich heritage, with numerous festivals. Each celebrated festival throughout the year has its own distinct value and ritual practice. Ugadi is celebrated in many states like Maharashtra, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh.
Hindus take pride in celebrating festivals, because it is time for getting together as families. Ugadi like many other Hindu festivals believes in replacing vices with Virtues. This festival is celebrated to thank and celebrate the bounteous crop and also is a sign of the end of an old era and the beginning of a new one.
Significance of Ugadi
